Just send us an email for a quotation on the item/s you would like to order. Once submitted we’ll send you a confirmation email statement as a quotation with an order number and total balance to pay including any delivery charges.

Give us a call during business hours when ready to pay with your card details and order number. Please note we do not currently accept online payments. Once payment is confirmed your order will be processed.

Payment Types

We accept most major credit and debit cards payments securely by telephone transaction, including Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Maestro. Cash/Cheque payments are available when collecting frames from our store. Cheque's payable to Kingswear Gallery.

Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be processed and then delivered, many items are hand produced to order. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

If we believe delivery may take a little longer, we will advise by email as soon as possible. If this impacts your requirements, please let us know when placing your order, or contact us first for an estimate.

We use Parcel2go. Delivery prices start from £5.79 including individual bespoke packaging and signature verification. Please note that deliveries take place Monday to Friday. See more details in Delivery Policy under Terms & Conditions.

Individual Bespoke Packaging

Made to measure packaging with each order.

Packaging has a timber frame with recycled foam padding enclosed around the picture frame, a bubble wrap layer then covered with twin wall heavy duty cardboard sealed with plenty of fragile tape ready for dispatch.

Normal turnaround for memorabilia framing is around 7-14 working days from the date you brought your picture/s in for framing, however during busier times it may take a while longer or sooner if its quieter.

We work at a first come first served basis so if you have an urgent requirement please contact us first, then we’ll push your order to the front of the manufacturing queue. (Subject to stock availability & the item/s that requires framing).

Each piece of memorabilia we frame is unique there are number of options available to you when choosing framing designs.

• How you want your shirt stretched. Sleeves folded behind or pinned to the front
• The style and colour of the mounts used for backing & shadow mount
• Whether you require a metal personalised plaque
• Apertures can be cut into the border for photographs, etc
• Options of Standard, Clear View or UV glazing. Styrene glazing is used for postal deliveries
